Why are you looking at me like this? Never seen an english bulldog having tea?

Well english people are famous for their tea and tea time at 5pm afternoon. This bulldog has lived many years with an english family and got very used to their customs which includes as well having tea in afternoon.
Furthermore she loves a lot to dress elegantly like their masters and to copy them. They even wear ascot hats at home when they are not watching the latest cricket game and so does their dog now!
I love this kind of dogs which i mentioned already at the beginning of the blog! I think they make very nice models for pictures!

Traditional dressed austrian lion

Its an austrian lion! It wears traditional austrian clothes with an edelweiss brooch. I cant help myself but somehow he reminds me of my father with that beard and glasses although it was not planned!

Cool Hippopotamus

The spring is not yet warm enough for that hippopotamus so it is wearing a scarf and a warm sweater.
As almost all my other drawings it got a cool hairstyle in order to keep up with the others! I think it suits him!

Baby delivery in patchwork bag!

My brother and his love are going to get a baby in summer so he asked me if I would make him a little picture of a stork and a baby for their invitation cards of the baby-party. I put the baby in a patchwork-bag as it suits to my family and as well to his lovely girlfriend. My mother used to make a lot of patchwork and our entire home is full of these lovely pieces!

Little bird who loves sweets!

Inspired by my mother who was sewing textile which had cupcakes on it, I made that little bird which loves cupcakes as well! Who doesn´t?

Today its a cheeky llama which caught my attention! It looks like it is chewing a bubble gum right now, what do you think?

Alicante

These are pictures I made of lovely Alicante since my arrival! I enjoy the time being here and especially the weather!

I love the little decorated houses on the first pictures. They are in the old town part of Alicante and very cute.I would like to own one of them by myself - especially during summer!

In the first picture I show the very first praying mantis I met in my whole life! Was vey excited to see one of them!

Pretty meerkat

Today its one of the funny meerkats I post! It got a new modern haircut and vintage earrings so that it doesn´t feel disadvantaged among my previous animals.

Mule which just came from the hairdresser

Inspired by the 20ies this mule got a fringe today! It really suits her and she feels very comfortable with her new haircut too. I think every mule should get one!

A very fashion conscious toad

This little toad places high value of her look, especially the style of her hair and jewellery as you can see.

I like to draw animals which do not particularly fall into the categorie "attractive" and add something special in order to strenghten their self confidence.
